Challenge

St John of God Health Care, one of the largest healthcare organisations in Australia, needed to launch a new enterprise strategy across more than fifteen thousand caregivers, while engaging executives, frontline teams and external audiences at the same time. A strategy nobody reads is a strategy that doesn't happen.

Approach

An integrated communications and engagement campaign built around one national moment. Executive presentations, a public strategy document, LinkedIn and Facebook communications, internal channels, live event planning, panel discussions, video production and nationwide livestreaming. One story, told in every register.

Outcome

A launch that reached beyond the org chart. Caregivers watched the livestream in the thousands, the strategy document travelled well past its intended audience, and employee feedback came back in volume. The strongest sign that people were reading it, not just receiving it.
